1. Singme! is a service provided by MRM Studios, Inc. MRM Studios reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, with or without notice. Users agree to constantly review this User Agreement. Use of this service indicates your knowledge on these modifications, changes and notices, and your acceptance of these modifications in the Agreement.

2. You must be 13 years old or older to use this service. If you are 13 years old and above but below 18 years old, you must review this Terms and Conditions with your parent or guardian to ensure that you and your parent or guardian understand this Agreement. Use of the website is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts under applicable law.

3. MRM Studios provides this Service on an “as is” basis and does not make any warranties, express or implied, representations or endorsements with regards to the services or products offered in this Service.

4. All contents on this website including, but not limited to audio, sound, software, video, text, photograph and graphic are properties of Singme! and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, or licensors. All contents are subject to the appropriate copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws. You must keep intact all copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices or marks. You agree not to alter, modify, publish, distribute, sell, broadcast, transmit, create derivative works from, or edit any content without the expressed written permission of Singme! and/or any appropriate third parties. Any copyright infringement will result in termination of service and possible legal action.

5. Singme! does not sell the audio and video files, but the license for the files for your personal use. The rights to the use of audio and video files sold on Singme! are only for PERSONAL copying and recording. You can perform a vocal in public with any track you download from Singme! provided that the performance will be done in non-commercial establishment/s for non-commercial purpose. Sharing of these files is strictly prohibited. Broadcasting or transmitting, and incorporating the music and/or videos acquired from/through Singme! into any other works such as a television broadcast, motion picture or stage play without additional licensing are subject to legal action. 7. Singme! may use digital right management technology to protect its and its licensor's intellectual properties. You agree to not alter, extract, remove or tamper in any way with the DRM in files you download from this website.

6. Singme! and MRM Studios disclaim all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. MRM Studios does not warrant that the contents are error-free and will operate without interruption.

7. It is your responsibility to secure your password. You are held responsible for any activities done or actions taken under your password on this website and you agree that Singme! is not liable for any damages arising from password and account security.

8. If you post, submit, or upload any information and/or content into the site's chat board or other publicly viewable portion of the site, you give MRM Studios the right to edit, translate, reproduce, publicly perform, copy, and distribute your content or comment. MRM Studios is under no obligation to post or input your submission and it may remove any of your content at any time. MRM Studios is under no obligation to pay you compensation for the posting or uploading of your comment and/or content. You give Singme! and MRM Studios a universal, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such materials as part of this service.

9. Certain content, products or services may be advertised or made available through the Singme! site. In addition, Singme! may provide links to other third party websites. You agree that Singme! is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any such third party material or web sites. Singme! and its operator, MRM Studios Inc. does not endorse nor assume any liability or responsibility for any third party materials or websites.

10. The Singme! website, products and services can be used only for lawful purposes and in lawful manner. Singme! has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the website. Singme! may investigate any reported violation of its policies or complaints and take any action that it deems appropriate. Such action may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspension or termination of service, denying access, and/or removal of any materials on the website.

11. Singme! reserves the right to report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties. In order to cooperate with governmental requests, to protect Singme!’s systems and customers, or to ensure the integrity and operation of Singme!’s business and systems, Singme! may access and disclose any information it considers necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to user contact details, IP address and traffic information, usage history, and posted/downloaded content.

12. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event (including negligence) shall Singme!, its officers, directors, members, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, assigns, successors, agents, representatives, employees or licensors be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages arising out of an action under contract, negligence or any other theory and damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss, incidental damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, exemplary damages), whether or not Singme! has been advised of the possibility of such damage, arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the use or performance of Singme! website.

13. Singme!, in its sole discretion, may terminate this User Agreement/Terms of Service, access to the site or the Services, or any current sales immediately without notice for any reason.

14. You hold MRM Studios free from any liability with respect to disclosure of any information that is compelled by the competent court within its jurisdiction.

15. This Service is controlled and operated by MRM Studios from its offices in the Philippines. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Makati City, Philippines in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this service.

Should any part of this agreement be legally deemed in conflict with the laws which govern these terms of service, such part will be considered to be restated in accordance with the applicable laws and reflecting the original intentions as nearly as possible. The remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
